Pegi McCabe and Ari Kirshner first met at the Symphony Post Acute Network, one of the most successful long-term care providers in the nation. Together, they fused the infrastructure of Symphony’s captive insurance program and its in-house litigation team. To survive the challenging landscape facing providers across the nation, others in the healthcare field requested access to their skillset. As a result, McCabe Kirshner P.C. was born.

Together, they’ve facilitated the startup of captive insurance companies, administered hundreds of claims, and grown into diverse practice areas. They combine experience with a philosophy that champions voracious litigation with fiscal responsibility. They are a firm that lives and breathes insurance solutions.
